• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field.

• Diploma holders with strong leasing experience may be considered.

• Minimum 3–5 years experience as Leasing Manager in leasing / property / retail management.

• Experience in mall or commercial property leasing is preferred.

• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Knowledge in tenancy agreements and property management basics.

• Valid driving license (often required for site visits).

• Leasing Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and implement leasing strategies to achieve occupancy, and rental income.

  • Able to plan and utilize all available space in our Mall to increase revenues.

  • Drive leasing activities, identify business opportunities, and secure quality tenants which may attract more customers to the business and in line with management direction.

• Team Management

  • Lead, coach, and develop the leasing team to enhance performance and capabilities.

  • Set objectives, monitor performance, and ensure effective execution of leasing plans.

• Lease Negotiation & Documentation

  • Oversee day-to-day communication with tenants on leasing matters.

  • Manage renewals of tenancy and review of agreement T&C, relocations, and tenancy coordination to ensure tenant retention.

• Tenant Relationship Management

  • Negotiate and finalize lease terms to create value for the company.

  • Ensure accurate documentation, contract management, and SOP compliance.

• Tenant Coordination & Fit-Out Support

  • Build and maintain strong tenant relationships and manage key accounts.

  • Resolve tenant issues, handle escalations, and ensure tenant satisfaction and retention.

• Reporting & Administration

  • Monitor leasing performance, market trends, and competitor activities.

  • Prepare budgets, forecasts, leasing reports, and management updates for decision making.
