Requirements
Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in Human Resources management.
Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, and HR policy development.
Strong understanding of Malaysian labor laws and employment regulations.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Oversee all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and offboarding.
Manage employee relations, addressing grievances and conflicts to foster a positive work environment.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, updating policies and procedures as needed.
Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and fairness.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment plans.
