Requirements
Minimum SPM, Certificate, or Diploma in Culinary Arts, Hospitality, or related field.
Fresh graduates with culinary training are encouraged to apply.
Experience or internship in Chinese Cuisine (Cantonese, Hokkien, Szechuan, Dim Sum) is an advantage.
Able to communicate in Mandarin to support communication with residents and guests.
Good teamwork and willingness to learn.
Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Responsibilities
Assist in preparing Chinese cuisine according to menu and chef's instructions.
Maintain kitchen cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards.
Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
Store food and ingredients properly according to food safety requirements.
Assist with inventory control and stock management.
Support timely food preparation and service delivery.
Follow company SOPs and hygiene regulations.
Perform additional duties assigned by the Sous Chef.
