Completion of Secondary/SPM/'O' Level education is required.

Entry-level position; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Proficiency in providing administrative support, including managing phone calls, emails, and correspondence.

Moderate communication skills, both written and verbal, in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia.

Ability to perform accurate and efficient data entry tasks.

Demonstrated customer service skills with a professional and courteous demeanor.

Competent in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Able to work independently

Must be able to work onsite at No. 12A, Jalan Perisa 1, Taman Bukit Indah, Kuala Lumpur, 58200, Malaysia.

Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.

Manage proper hardcopy and softcopy filing system.

Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and packages.

Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.

Assist with data entry, quotation preparation, and statement generation.

Liaise with clients for inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Assist to complete other duties assigned by management.
