  • Experienced: You have 2-5 years of solid HR experience

  • Education: Diploma / Bachelor in any field

  • Bilingual:Professional command ofEnglish and Malay

  • Tech-Savvy: You are good at technology, excel, AI, editing tools etc.

Responsibilities

YOUR MISSION: TOTAL SYSTEM OWNERSHIP

We need a "Fixer" who can manage the human element of our HQ, retail branches, and distribution center:

  • Engineered Recruitment: You won't just "post ads"; you will build a talent pipeline. You have the eye to spot quality and the firmness to filter out the rest.

  • The "Black Book" of SOPs:We have 100+ task codes. You will be responsible for formalizing these into a bulletproofEmployee Handbook that ensures every branch operates with "Zen-like" precision.

  • Compliance & Command: Lead our corporate transformation. You will ensure 100% precision in Payroll, PCB (Tax), and Labour (JTK) standards.

  • The Guardian of Discipline: From enforcing mandatory uniforms to managing our attendance incentive schemes—you are the final word on accountability.

  • Culture Building & Employee Engagement: Creating a high-morale environment where staff take ownership of the brand through active bonding, recognition of excellence, and a shared sense of belonging.

  • Strategic Support: Assist in the transition to a Sdn Bhd structure, ensuring all HR documentation and contracts are legally bulletproof.
