Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Assistant Account Manager to support the finance and accounting team in managing daily accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in handling full set of accounts and monthly closing
• Prepare invoices, payments, and account reconciliations
• Managing client accounts and financial reports
• Ensure accurate and timely data entry into accounting systems
• Liaise with clients, auditors, and internal departments when required
• Monitor accounts receivable and payable
• Assist in budget tracking and financial analysis

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant working experience
• Knowledge of accounting software (e.g. SQL, AutoCount, or similar)
• Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
