Requirements
SUMMARY OF THE JOB
In this role you are responsible for handling customer complaints, providing information about products and services, referring customers to supervisors when necessary and reviewing/making changes to the accounts of customers.
- Able to commit for 1 year (Contract is renewable)
- Must have knowledge in Cryptocurrency
- Minimum SPM with Customer Service Experience
- Fresh Graduates - Diploma / Degree in Banking and Finance are encouraged to apply
- Able to Read and Write in MANDARIN
- Superb communication skills in MANDARIN
- Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset
- Comfortable using computers
- Experience working with customer support (voice / live chat) would be an added advantages
- Able to start work Immediately
- Have WFH Option
Responsibilities
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints
- Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions
- Processing forms, applications, and requests
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
