Requirements

Customer-oriented with good communication skills
Good communication skills in English
The ability to communicate in Mandarin is an advantage
Candidates must be willing to work on rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays
Candidates with experience in Customer Service will be an advantage
Fresh graduates who are interested in Customer Service are welcome to apply

Responsibilities

Handling incoming calls and inquiries from customers with a demonstration of excellent customer service skills to meet and exceed customers’ needs.
Provide customer support using the English or Mandarin/Cantonese language via phone, email, or Chat.
Resolve customer queries efficiently and escalate problems promptly.
Ensure necessary and appropriate follow-up actions are taken.
