Requirements

 Customer Service (Mandarin Speaker) (Johor) [Training available] | [Free delivery]


  • Customer-oriented with good communication skills in Mandarin
  • Good communication skills in English/Cantonese is an advantage
  • Candidates must be willing to work on rotating shift, weekends and public holidays
  • Candidates with experience in Customer Service will be an advantage
  • Fresh graduates who are interested in Customer Service are welcome to apply

Responsibilities

  • Handling of incoming call and enquiries from customers with demonstration of excellent customer service skill to meet and exceed customer’s need.
  • Provide customer support using the English or Mandarin/Cantonese language via phone , email or Chat.
  • Resolve customer queries efficiently and escalate problems promptly.
  • Ensure necessary and appropriate follow up actions are taken.
