Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Human Resources/Administration/Management, or equivalent.
- Required language(s): English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in HR or administrative related field.
- Able to work in a challenging and fast paced working environment.
- Positive working attitude and ability to complete tasks on time.
- Responsible personality and ability to work with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of human resources, including hiring, payroll, training, and employee relations.
- Make sure payroll is processed on time and that all payroll data transactions are correct.
- Communicate with statutory bodies EPF/SOCSO/LHDN/HRDF about related issues.
- Schedule and update interviews and filing.
- In charge of employee leave administration as well as new employee orientation or induction.
- To assist in day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.
- To review, implement, coordinate and ensure adherence to Human Resources Policies and Procedures.
- To provide administrative support and participate in various HR initiatives and project implementations.
- Responsible for the general clerical duties such as filling documentation, preparation of correspondence letter, memo.
- To create and maintain effective relationships with all level of employees to build a stimulating and supportive working environment.
- To work proactively with management/HODs/Team Leads to enhance positive, productive environment and employee relations issues.
- To assist in ensuring a conducive working environment and well-being of employees.
