Requirements

  • Minimum possesses LCCI certificates and above
  • At least 2 years of working experience.
  • Computer literate - familiar with Microsoft Office, SQL.

Responsibilities

  • To prepare payment for suppliers.
  • To perform 3 ways matching and key in suppliers invoice.
  • To prepare suppliers' reconciliation and relevant adjustment.
  • To handle fixed assets including fixed assets register,tagging, and counting.
  • To prepare month-end journal for fixed assets related transactions.
  • To check and monitor petty cash claims from site office and HQ.
  • To prepare all month end closing journals and coordinate other month end matters.
  • To liases with insurance company for updating insurance coverage (equipment and motor vehicles under Fixed Assets Register).
  • To compile tax computation.
  • To prepare month end management reports.
  • To perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Superior.
