Requirements
- Strong team management and communication skills, able to withstand high work intensity and work pressure
- Able to handle a team full of 20+ local employees.
- More than 2 years of F&B work experience, with strong restaurant management experience
- Proficient in setting up a restaurant, team management, and customer management skills.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the attendance of store staff, work schedule, reward and punishment based on employees' work performance
- Understand the overall operation and cost control of all departments
- Understand market trends and needs
- Responsible for the training of staff to ensure that employees have good professional knowledge, skills and good working attitude
- Responsible for outlet's sales and reputation
