Requirements
We are looking for candidates who are interested in a niche career with us. If you are patient, and able to pay attention to details--we need you! We would appreciate if you have a warm personality, communicates well, and able to speak at least English and either Bahasa Melayu or Mandarin/Cantonese/dialects.
Responsibilities
You are expected to: 1. Conduct sales presentation independently. 2. Able to handle customer's shoes and feet--which is necessary as part of this job. 3. Provide feedback to management regarding issues in the shop, or customer's feedback. 4. Handle customer's complaints or enquiries either face-to-face, over the phone, email or texts. 5. Be a team member--have teamwork spirit.
