Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Human Resource, Business Studies/Administration/ Management or equivalent.
  • Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia, Bahasa Mandarin both spoken & written.
  • At least 2 years of working experience in related field.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities, proven track record in HR matters, strong written & oral communication skills, methodical thinker and positive personality are added advantage.
  • Able to work under pressure and tight timeline with minimum supervision.
  • Possess good interpersonal skills and able to communicate with all levels of staff.
  • Strong experience in Labor Relations Regulations and Employment Act.
  • Excellent knowledge of various HR functions.
  • Good understanding of labor laws and updated latest and/or changes of labor laws.

Responsibilities

  • To manage full spectrum of Human Resource operational functions which is inclusive of recruitment, performance management, manpower planning, industrial relations and training.
  • To in charge for manpower planning, recruitment and selection process.
  • In charge of timely processing of payroll and submission of payroll reports.
  • To manage Training and Development, to perform advise, implement and evaluate training and development programs as identified by Training Needs Analysis with the advice of the Head of Dept.
  • To liaise with government/ statutory bodies such as EPF, SOCSO, IRD, labor office and etc. to ensure compliance with regards to statutory regulations.
  • Acting as the first point of contact for all personnel queries.
  • To be responsible in maintenance of employees’ database/ profile, issuing HR related letters (appointment, confirmation, memo, etc.) and monitoring of attendance & overtime records.
  • To work with Management to build a positive & conductive working environment through various employee engagement programs, team building activities and improving communication channels.
  • Other ad-hoc duties which may be required by Management from time to time.
