Requirements
- Basic knowledge of accounting system
- Team player with mature personality and able to work independently under pressure
- Basic with excel and Microsoft word
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
Responsibilities
- Assist in resolving any administrative duties such as keying invoice, paperwork, filling, etc.
- Responsible to do monthly stocks report.
- Assist sales team when is needed.
- To communicate with the sales team to follow up on sales ordering.
- Other Ad-hoc task assigned from time to time
