Requirements
- Possess at least an LCCI/ Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent
- Preferably with working experience in related position
- Computer literate
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin
- Independent, proactive and result oriented
- Interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills
- Willing to learn, responsible, positive attitude and self-motivated
- Knowledge of Access, Accounting Package, UBS Accounting System
- Able to start work immediately would be added advantage
Responsibilities
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting of monthly management accounts and GST submission.
- Handle full set of accounts, GST compliance, Corporate Tax related matters and bankers.
- Involve in standard monthly and year-end closing and reporting for all other accounting related matters.
- Handle and review Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payables and Cash Management functions.
- To ensure the efficiency of the day-to-day operation of overall accounting and financial functions.
- Undertake special assignments, ad hoc projects and related duties as assigned by Accounts Manager.
- Liaison with auditors on audit-related matters.
- Handle customers & suppliers calls.
