Requirements
- Encourage fresh graduate to apply
- Team player with a mature personality and able to work independently under pressure
- Customer focus with excellent interpersonal and communication skills and possess the ability to interact with all levels
- Able to communicate with English, Bahasa Malaysia averagely. Know Mandarin is an advantage.
- Looking for a stable and permanent job
- Willing to travel
Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying
- Assist company secretary senior to perform related jobs with clients and SSM
- Assist in resolving any administrative and company secretary problems
- Answer calls from customers regarding their inquiries
- Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and documents submission arrangements for team members
- Maintain office supplies for department
- Sent out invoices and follow up with the collection
