Requirements

  • Encourage fresh graduate to apply
  • Team player with a mature personality and able to work independently under pressure
  • Customer focus with excellent interpersonal and communication skills and possess the ability to interact with all levels
  • Able to communicate with English, Bahasa Malaysia averagely. Know Mandarin is an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying
  • Assist company secretary senior to perform related jobs with clients and SSM
  • Assist in resolving any administrative and company secretary problems
  • Answer calls from customers regarding their inquiries
  • Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and documents submission arrangements for team members
  • Maintain office supplies for department
  • Sent out invoices and follow up with the collection
