Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Prefer have 1 year experience in growth, marketing, CRM, BA or similar roles.
- Fresh Graduates are welcome.
- Proficient in relevant tools for the role (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word).
- Having knowledge in Power BI, Tableau, Python or SQL is an advantage.
- Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong research and conceptualization skills.
- Ability to work well in a fast-moving environment.
- Able to speak Mandarin.
Responsibilities
- Gather data from various sources and use analytical tools to derive insights.
- Conduct thorough research on industry dynamics, competitors, and customer needs to identify improvement areas.
- Create clear and concise reports, charts, and graphs to present findings.
- Clean and organize data, ensuring accuracy and consistency, while keeping detailed records of methodologies, findings, and assumptions.
- Collaborate with senior analysts and team members to develop and implement growth strategies.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to optimize marketing strategies, improve campaign effectiveness, and drive customer acquisition and retention.
- Assist in preparing presentations for internal teams and clients, summarizing analysis results and recommendations.
