Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Certificate, Diploma/ Degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Digital Media or any related field.
- Proficiency in Canvas, Capcut, Adobe Photoshop, 3D animation Video and other related software will be an added advantage.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently when needed.
- Possess strong interpersonal and communication skill.
- Able to outstation if needed.
- Comply with internal compliance guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive engagement across various platforms such as TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and Xiaohongshu (Little Red Book).
- Participate in content creation, shooting, editing, handling influencer, creative copywriting / captions to maintain company brand and ensuring consistency with brand identity and messaging.
- Manage and oversee all social media accounts including daily posting, monitoring, and engagement with the community.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, and propose innovative ideas to enhance our social media presence.
- Respond promptly to any inquiries and feedback on social media channels, maintaining a positive and professional online presence.
- Complete assigned tasks and projects within established timelines by superior.
