Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience in administrative support, marketing, or a related field. Experience in social media content creation and job postings (advantage).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Canva and other administrative tools.
- Familiarity with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.) and basic content creation.
- Ability to work collaboratively with managers, recruiters, and other team members.
- Ability to take initiative, solve problems, and complete tasks with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the leader to plan and organize the company’s work output.
- Provide training to recruiters as needed.
- Provide administrative support as required. (e.g. data entry, prepare documents etc.)
- Participate in group strategic planning sessions.
- Complete all assigned tasks and assist with day-to-day operations to ensure smooth workflow.
- Create and post job-related content on social media channels to support recruitment and company branding.
- Provide support to management and other team members as needed.
