Requirements
- Minimum Diploma certificate in related field
- Creative mindset and ability to conceptualize and execute engaging content ideas.
- Understanding social platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok & RedBook.
- Strong written skills in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategies and best practices.
- Good in time management to meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently
Responsibilities
- Curate and create engaging content and captions for campaign microsite and social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, RedBook, etc.
- Develop, manage and monitor the performance of social media content (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, RedBook and etc.
- Communicate and cooperate with different teams for visual photography, videography and design.
- Monitor, evaluate, research and administer social media monthly and generate reports and analytics
- Provide analysis and recommendations when campaign or promotional strategies are reviewed
- Analysing results, customer’s needs and wants, market conditions and competitor’s data.
- Implementing new strategies to drive physical or online traffic to the brand’s website, Social Media, outlet, etc
- Be up-to-date with social media trends and development, and identify and analyse competitor advertising methods and strategies.
