Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or sales, ideally in a recruitment or staffing environment.
  • Strong understanding of labor market trends and employment legislation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to communicate with candidates, clients, and colleagues effectively
  • Capable of prioritizing tasks and managing multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets and KPI monthly

 

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Number of placements made per month/quarter.
  • Revenue generation through successful placements.

Responsibilities

A Recruitment Consultant is responsible for managing the full recruitment process on behalf of clients, from identifying potential candidates to placing them in suitable job roles. This includes networking, building relationships with candidates and clients, and matching the right talent to job opportunities in a variety of industries.

 

  • Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., job boards, social platforms, and databases).
  • Conduct candidate interviews, assess their skills, experience, and career aspirations.
  • Match suitable candidates to client job vacancies and arrange interviews.
  • Manage candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, ensuring clear communication and timely feedback.
  • Handle the entire recruitment process from job posting to placement, including screening CVs, conducting interviews, and preparing candidates for interviews.
  • Ensure compliance with employment and recruitment laws, as well as client-specific requirements.
