Internal Control Executive (Stock Inventory)

Duties & Responsibilities

• Stock Balance Reconciliation, regularly compare physical stock counts with system records to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.
• Investigate Stock Variances, thoroughly analyze and investigate any discrepancies between physical counts and system records, determine root causes, and implement corrective measures to prevent future variances.
• Stock take (Weekly, Monthly, and Annually). Conduct comprehensive physical inventory counts at specified intervals to verify stock levels and maintain accurate records.
• Log all incoming and outgoing inventory daily to ensure precise tracking and reconciliation of stock.
• To perform ad-hoc audit, special review and investigation as and when required.
