Requirements
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin
- Basic understanding of unit trust and other interest earning financial instruments
- Preferably Entry Level specialized in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent.
- Able to use Microsoft office tools (Eg. Powerpoint Presentation, Excel etc.)
- Sales related work experience is preferred
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Optimize and manage client portfolios: Regularly review and adjust client portfolios to align with their financial goals, ensuring optimal returns and risk management based on market trends.
- Propose need-based solutions: Assess client needs and offer tailored financial solutions that best match their goals and financial situation.
- Achieve assigned sales goals: Work towards meeting or exceeding sales targets by maintaining a steady pipeline and identifying new business opportunities.
- Deliver sales presentations: Conduct compelling presentations to prospective clients, showcasing relevant financial products and services.
- Prepare reports: Compile and submit detailed weekly or monthly sales performance and progress reports to management.
- Submit sales contracts: Ensure all sales contracts are properly completed and adhere to company compliance and regulatory standards.
