Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in online sales and marketing, preferably in the renewable energy or related industry.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, social media management tools, SEO).
- Strong understanding of e-commerce and social media marketing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
- Creative and strategic thinking with a passion for sustainability.
- Highly motivated and results-oriented.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities
- Develop and Execute Online Marketing Strategies: Create and implement comprehensive online marketing plans to drive traffic, increase engagement, and boost sales across various digital platforms.
- Manage Online Sales Channels: Oversee and optimize our presence on e-commerce platforms, ensuring a seamless and attractive user experience to maximize conversions.
- Social Media Management: Develop and manage social media campaigns, including content creation, audience engagement, and performance tracking across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
- Content Creation: Craft compelling content for blogs, social media, and other digital channels to promote our solar lighting solutions and engage potential customers.
- Analyze Performance: Utilize analytics tools to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and sales strategies. Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with the sales and product teams to align marketing strategies with business goals and ensure consistent messaging.
- Customer Relationship Management: Engage with customers through digital channels to address inquiries, gather feedback, and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
