Requirements
- Educational Background: No specific requirement; experience in livestreaming or related industries is preferred.
- Work Experience: No specific requirement; familiarity with livestreaming processes and equipment operation is preferred.
- Languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin.
- Understanding of livestreaming technology and ability to quickly address technical issues during livestreams.
- Ability to adapt well and handle unexpected incidents during livestreams.
- Communication and Coordination: Excellent communication and coordination skills to effectively communicate with team members and external partners.
- Some understanding of the livestreaming product sales market and ability to grasp market trends.
- Good team spirit and ability to collaborate with team members effectively.
- Ability to work under pressure and solve unexpected problems.
- Attention to Detail and Responsibility: Meticulous work attitude and strong sense of responsibility to ensure every detail of the livestream is handled properly.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for controlling the entire process of livestreaming to ensure smooth execution according to the plan.
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure timely resolution of audiovisual, network, and other technical issues during livestreams.
- Act as on-site commander during livestreams, handling unexpected incidents to ensure smooth broadcasting.
- Assist hosts in managing livestream rhythm, providing product information, and facilitating product feature demonstrations and promotional activities.
- Interactive Segment Management: Manage interactive segments in the livestream room, including audience interaction, Q&A sessions, and execution of promotional activities.
- Monitor backend data of the livestream, including real-time viewership, barrage feedback, sales data, etc., and adjust livestream strategies promptly.
- Monitor livestream content to ensure compliance and mitigate compliance risks.
- Responsible for daily management and maintenance of livestreaming equipment to ensure they are in good condition.
- Collect audience feedback after the livestream for optimizing future livestream content and formats.
