Requirements
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and a passion for building relationships with customers.
He/she will be responsible for driving sales growth, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining customer satisfaction.
- SPM / Diploma holder / Degree in related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, preferably in the manufacturing or raw materials industry.
- Proficiency in English; ability to communicate in Cantonese and Mandarin. Hokkien is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel within Malaysia.
Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
- Maintain continuous business growth and team expansion in the region.
- Meet with customers regularly and follow up on orders.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, including forecasting and sales targets.
