Requirements
- Language : Mandarin (Compulsary), English
- Strong Interest In Marketing & Business Dev. Min 1 Year Experience (Fresh Grad Welcome)
- Hungry for earn more , be hustle.
- Marketing planning & campaign coordination - for achieve sales target & analysis on post campaign data , prepare report for presentation
- Posses own transportation - to meet agent out from office, out-going
- People oriented - recruit agents & handle agent daily enquiries
- Talkative & friendly - People oriented, willing to offer help when agent ask for guidance
Responsibilities
- Able to take sales target plan & forecast & review time to time to push company target month to month
- Weekly meeting & submit monthly report
- Support agent inquiry (via call or whatapps), (occasionally during weekend)
- Join & organise prospect or principle meeting (online or offline) , make announcement for whatever new updates to make horizontal communication with all layer of agents
- Knowing to use excel, word, basic canva design
