What skills are required…
- SPM with an F&B background or 1 year of related experience in the F&B environment
- Good communication skill
- Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Able to converse in Chinese Mandarin will be an added advantage
Responsibilities
What you will do…
- Oversee the daily operation of the café
- Help out with the cashier ordering
- Food & beverages preparation and serving
- Stock take, stock ordering, stock management
- Equipment maintenance-related matters
- Menu planning
- Support the management in preparing reports, cost control initiatives, achieve profitability target
- Customer complaint and feedback management.
