Requirements

SPM / Certificate / Diploma in business, marketing or related field
2-3 years of sales experience in Plastic / Packaging Industry
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Language required: English and Bahasa Malaysia. Proficiency in Mandarin will be added as advantage
Strong verbal communication skills (English)
Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers
Good interpersonal skills
Outgoing personality, cheerful, and confident in interacting with people

Responsibilities

Main Duties & Responsibilities

Maintain relationships with existing customers and open up new leads in the plastic packaging industry

Ensure that customer inquiries are handled appropriately and in a timely manner.

Work closely with all relevant departments to provide better service to customers.

To create awareness on the sustainability of plastic applications.

To provide frequent updates on the latest market trends for related plastic products and the plastic industry.

Work closely with the product development team to promote and introduce new products.

Devise comprehensive marketing strategies to introduce the new product to the market.
