SERVICE CREW

• Greet customers upon their arrival.
• Provide menus and take food orders.
• Introduce current and special menu items to customers.
• Recommend exclusive menu items to customers.
• Serve food and drinks at the specified times.
• Ensure table cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained.
• Ensure stock supplies such as cutlery, utensils, napkins, and others are always sufficient.
• Assist in food preparation in the kitchen, including washing, peeling, cutting, slicing, and other tasks.
• Assist in kitchen operations, such as opening and closing the kiosk/outlet and cleaning food storage areas.
• Work closely with other colleagues to ensure smooth kiosk/outlet operations.
• Perform other tasks as directed by the Operations Manager.

KITCHEN CREW

• Prepare food and beverages according to established standards and recipes.
• Handle, store, and label all food products correctly and in compliance with food handling regulations and guidelines.
• Ensure the work station area is clean and organized at all times.
• Assist in the daily closing of kitchen operations following SOP station guidelines.
• Immediately report issues regarding food quality or shortages to the Operations Manager.
• Adhere to safety and sanitation regulations with care.
• Ensure kitchen equipment and surrounding areas are safe and report any damage to the Operations Manager.
• Perform other tasks as directed by the Operations Manager.
