Requirements
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in accounting software
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage full sets of accounts.
- Good communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage the Keedsflix's annual budget.
- Predict future financial trends and performance.
- Collaborate with senior management (founders) to develop financial strategies aligned with the Keedsflix’s goals.
- Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual Reports: Prepare and present financial statements. (income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements)
- Track and manage the company’s cash flow to ensure liquidity.
- Managing accounts receivable, accounts payable, and inventory.
- Oversee the company’s investment portfolio and assess the performance of investments.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks (e.g., currency risk, credit risk, market risk).
- Monitor and control costs across the organization.
- Develop policies and procedures for managing company expenses.
- Oversee the preparation and submission of tax returns.
- Handle inquiries and audits from tax authorities.
- Assess the profitability of products, services, or business units.
- Communicate financial performance and strategies to investors, shareholders, and analysts.
- Prepare and present financial reports to the board of directors.
- Oversee internal and external audits, ensuring that financial statements are accurate and comply with regulations.
- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of financial management systems. (Keedsflix system)
