Requirements
- NOT the common internship you think of , Not IT in office wait 6pm, intern could be fun & earn much at the same time!
- Welcome who hungry for more income & marketing knowledge , not resisting to learn extra or earn extra
- Strong Interest In Marketing & Business Development, learn products & propose the best marketing plan
- Problem solver & Creative , Dare to propose & executive your ideas! People oriented, not afraid to talk to stranger for approaching. Able to handle agents enquiries through whatsapps/ call/ zoom training.
- Able to use basic excel for summarize date & canva for basic design :)
Responsibilities
- Plan for online & offline campaign & propose out of the box suggestion , 90s or 00s ideas are welcome !
- Promote Tele & smart home related products & find the best to promote IT online or offline to achieve sales target / assist other sales team to achieve target
- Recruit & support - recruit agents follow company KPI scheme & handle agent daily enquiries
- Conduct online training for new promo or product release/ organize offline gathering with agents for bonding
