• Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Able to speak in English.
• Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
• Strong understanding of B2B sales strategies and client relationship management.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Results-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Familiarity with the market and business landscape in KL and JB.
• Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred to facilitate communication with a broader client base.
• Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative sales approaches.
