COMPETENCY LEVEL REQUIREMENTS:

• At least Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology, Statistic or equivalent with minimum 3 to 5 years of experiences.
• Sound knowledge of various IT application systems preferable in ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning), workflow, manufacturing, Inventory management & others module.
• Proactive, open minded and possess driving attitude to lead discussion and execution of assignments.
• Organized, detail-oriented, confident, and engaging individual who can relate to people at all levels, both internally and externally.

SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

• Business processes, systems, and data analysis experiences & skills. Working experience as an active user (or superuser) in any manufacturing industries is an added advantage.
• System support, changes, and project implementation experiences.
• Knowledge and experiences in system development lifecycle process and practices
• Excellent interpersonal & communication skills, ability to communicate complex technical matters in user language and present ideas clearly to gain supports.
• Strong in rational, analytical & logical thinking skill to validate application against various business process scenarios.
• Good in communication (Written & Oral), test planning and documentation (user manual/guide & test script for User acceptance test (UAT).
