Requirements
- Qualification: SPM or above.
- Experience: Fresh graduate / Previous experience in sales or a related field is preferred.
- Languages: English & Bahasa Malaysia.
- Strong Communication Skills: Ability to clearly present and explain products to customers.
- Customer-Focused: Committed to providing excellent customer service and building long-term relationships.
- Basic Computer Skills: Familiar with using sales software and handling basic data entry.
- Possess own transport & be responsible, automatic & spontaneous.
Responsibilities
- Identify Sales Opportunities: Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and offer suitable products.
- Achieve Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
- Maintain Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest products, features, and industry trends.
- Provide Excellent Customer Service: Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Report Sales Activities: Document and report daily sales activities, customer feedback, and market trends to the sales manager.
