Requirements
- Qualifications : Experience/SPM/Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree
- Fresh grads also encouraged to apply
- Experience as a sales coordinator in Mandarin will be more advantageous.
- Good team development and leadership skills.
- Computer literacy:- EMAIL, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SQL.
- Good administrative, organizational, procurement sourcing, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills.
- The ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines.
- Current knowledge of industry trends and regulations.

- Helping the sales team to coordinate client inquiry via emails, call, and messages and keep the team updated.
Responsibilities
To support and coordinate the sales team:
- New RFQ , Preparing quotations,
- Handling new orders, inputting in the system and issuing Purchase orders, following up on time order delivery and receiving.
- Developing and maintaining filing systems to maintain sales records, and prepare schedules/reports.
- Upkeep stock record and issuing and good receiving.
