Requirements
- Computer literate and knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
- Candidates must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/SPM level
- Language required: English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia
- Excellent communication skills.
- Locations available: Happy garden, Shah alam, Subang, Puchong, Petaling jaya, Pandan indah
Responsibilities
- To perform day to day general tasks
- Attend to incoming and outgoing phone customer phone calls
- Handle clients’ inquiries and provide assistance
- Monitor documents despatch and received
- Recording documents flow and filing
