Requirements
- SPM, High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is an advantage but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, approachable, and customer-oriented demeanor.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions.
- No experience needed as training provided.
Responsibilities
- Greet Customers: Warmly welcome customers as they enter the store and offer assistance as needed.
- Customer Assistance: Provide product information, answer customer inquiries, and help customers locate items in the store.
- Sales Support: Assist customers with their purchases, including processing transactions at the checkout counter.
- Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels and report any shortages or discrepancies to the store manager.
- Housekeeping: Maintain a clean and tidy store environment, including sweeping floors, dusting shelves.
- Loss Prevention: Be vigilant and alert to prevent theft or damage to merchandise. Report any suspicious activity to the store manager.
