Requirements
- Computer literate (Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel)
- Good command of English, Bahasa Malaysia or Mandarin
- Good communication skills
- 5 working days
- 1 Full-Time position is available.
- Provide Staff training
- At least 2 years of working experience
- Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree,
- Location: Seri Kembangan & Penang
Responsibilities
- Process documentations include Sales order, Quotation & other correspondence
- Handling customer calls or emails and answering customer enquiries, orders, machine breakdown, products & others
- Follow up leads assigned
- Entering data entry and customer related information into the system
- To coordinate with related department team with regard to the machine delivery, exchange, breakdown and off-hire.
- Love to interact with people to promote existing products to potential customers.
- Other duties assigned by superior from time to time
