Requirements
- A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong written and verbal communication both in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, SEO tools)
- Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights
- Knowledge of market research techniques
- Creative thinking and ability to develop innovative campaigns
- Time management and organizational skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Responsibilities
- Constant advertising/posting on social media including promotions of new and existing products and monthly knowledge tips
- Conduct research to understand market trends, competitors, and customer preferences
- Analyze data to inform marketing strategies and improve performance. This includes campaign results, conversion rate, traffic and etc.
- Produce creative copywriting - touch point with every customer
- Create engaging and relevant content for various platforms (social media, websites, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and etc.)
- Work with external and other departments to produce marketing materials, this includes design and prepare flyers, buntings on new and existing products
- Prepare monthly marketing plans and reports. Monitor, measure, and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns
- Acquire insight in online marketing trends and keep strategies up to date
- Organize marketing campaign and promote upcoming and existing products including key features of the center and obtain testimonies from learners
- Run paid advertisement and Split ads to hit cost-friendly marketing expenses
- Develop marketing plans and strategies to engage with and retain customers
- Manage customer data base and implement customer feedback into marketing efforts
- Liaison with website developer to ensure website content is up to-date with all the latest products and promotions
- Responsible for Exhibition including coordinating the entire activities
- Respond and follow up on queries via phone, email or social media.
- Responsible in taking, recording and maintaining photo bank including videos for marketing purposes
- Perform and discharge other tasks assigned by Superior from time to time
