Requirements
- Min possess SPM.
- Proven 1-2 years experience in sales, preferably within the carpentry or home improvement industry.
- Can speak in English & Mandarin.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand technical drawings and carpentry products.
- Customer-focused with a high level of professionalism.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and RM software.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Understand client requirements and provide customized carpentry solutions.
- Prepare and present sales proposals and quotes to customers.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed targets.
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure client specifications are met.
- Stay updated on industry trends and the latest carpentry products and techniques.
- Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
