Requirements
- Supervising an account assistants.
- Month end closing and preparation of management reports to head office, ensuring compliance with Group guidelines.
- Review and prepare monthly reconciliations.
- Review Sales, Purchase, Metal Ledgers and Fixed Assets.
- Review monthly payroll.
- Preparation of annual financial accounts, tax and FBT Returns.
- Preparation of budgets and forecasts.
- Ensure checks and controls are in place, are applied consistently, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Mandarin speaking is required.
Responsibilities
- Candidate must possess at least Degree in Accountancy or professional accounting qualification.
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in related industry.
- Strong technical skills in accounting preferably with audit experience.
- Finalist or final level of professional accounting degree holders are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent Customer Service skills and able to interact with different level of people.
- Good working knowledge of all accounting requirements, consolidated accounts and corporate affairs matters.
- Possess good analytical and problem solving skills.
- Knowledge in Biztrack SQL accounting software system is an added advantage.
- Able to work independently.
- Excellent communication skills, strong initiatives and high integrity.
- Possess drive, motivation and resourcefulness to achieve the company’s objectives.
