Requirements
- The candidate must possess at least a recognised degree in any discipline, preferably in business administration, construction project management, civil engineering and relevant discipline.
- 5 years sales management working experience in the construction or related industry (preferably scaffold or formwork industry).
- Computer literate and knowledgeable in Microsoft Office application such as Excel and Words.
- Result-oriented and demonstrates a sound leadership mindset.
- Pleasant and good presentation skills.
- Possess effective communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Fluent in English. Ability to speak in Mandarin and other local dialects will be an advantage.
- Possess a valid driving license and own a car.
- Willing to travel outstation when required.
Responsibilities
- Establish BW Scaffold as reliable and high quality service provider for scaffold.
- Continuously expand market share and develop new strategic accounts.
- Manager and secure continuous orders from key customer accounts.
- Identify potential BW Scaffold customers and establish long term professional business relationship.
- Negotiate contracts and maximise profitability for BW Scaffold.
- Meet the gross profit margin and sales target set by the company.
- Oversee the projects from enquiry, offer, closing order phases until project completion.
- To ensure collection of accounts receivable on time.
- To oversee special projects or assignments that may be assigned to you accordingly at the discretion of the Company.
