Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing or Business related field.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing software
- Fluency in Bahasa Malaysia & English is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Campaign Management: Plan, develop, and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and social media, to achieve business goals.
- Content Creation: Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging content for marketing materials, such as brochures, websites, social media posts, and email newsletters.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities, providing insights for strategic decision-making.
- Brand Management: Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing channels and materials.
- Event Coordination: Assist in organizing and managing promotional events, trade shows, and product launches to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
- Digital Marketing: Monitor and optimize digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, and social media advertising, to improve online presence and lead generation.
- Performance Analysis: Analyze campaign performance metrics and prepare reports to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing strategies and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
