Requirements
We are currently seeking a skilled individual to undertake key responsibilities in Sales and Marketing, as well as overseeing the setup of tracking and evaluation systems for our marketing activities. The Sales & Marketing Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and developing marketing strategies to enhance our service offerings to clients.
- Candidate must possess at least a SPM/Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration or any related fields
- Minimum 1 years relevant working experience in marketing and sales
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data-driven decision making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good behaviors and willing to learn attitude
- Candidate able to speak and write English, Mandarin, & Bahasa Malaysia languages is preferable.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve company goals
- To identify key market segments which contributes to company’s growth
- To achieve objectives by creating marketing and sales strategies.
- To prepare and completes the marketing action plan.
- To accomplishes marketing and sales objectives by planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating sales strategies
- To identify marketing opportunities by understanding consumer requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- To sustain rapport with key accounts by making periodic visits.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
- Strong in PowerPoint presentation and preparing proposals.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
