Requirements
- Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
- Fresh graduates are encourage to apply
- Candidates who can communicate in Mandarin language will have an added advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel and AutoCAD
- Able to meet project’s deadline
- Willing to travel
Responsibilities
- Involve in prepare tender and contract documents, including bill of quantity for contract administration activities of the projects
- Prepare documents for valuation, material procurements, final account and retention release
- Prepare monthly progress claim
- Detail study and understanding of tender documents, specifications & requirements for any enquiry.
- Preparation of costing, BQ & quantity taking off and variation order cost.
- To ensure that the prices quoted in tender are accurate and appropriate.
- Measurement, taking off for on-going projects/issuance of contractual letters and notices to clients, sub-contractors and suppliers.
- Any additional task assigned by superior / reporting head from time to time
