Requirements
Total Beauty Salon from Japan
Relaxed system with 7 days off per month. Excellent staff training in Japan.
- Must be able to perform facial and body treatments.
- At least 1 year of work experience is required.
- Customer Service
- Must be dynamic, have sales goals, and be a high performer
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays, including store hours
- Experience selling beauty products, skin care and cosmetics a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Energetic and team player
- New graduates are welcome to apply
- Good communication skills in Malaysian and English (Japanese is a plus)
- SPM level or above
- Must have a Malaysian work visa
- Sense of responsibility
- Healthy and physically
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain good relationship with clients
- Provide professional treatments and beauty consulting
- Follow up with customers
- Providing beauty advice and product recommendations
- Promote sales of cosmetics and coupons
- Assist clients in meeting or exceeding daily sales goals
- Follow up with clients after treatments
- Register in the system and arrange appointments for clients
- Answer phone calls and respond to messages
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns promptly
- Perform ad hoc duties as directed by management
- Promotional activities to attract clients
