Requirements
- Excellent communication skills and willingness to work as part of a team
- Available for flexible scheduling to meet the needs of the department

Responsibilities
- To assist the Chef / Sous Chef on duty with storage, preparation and cooking of all food items
- To assist and monitor food stocks and stock movement
- Ensuring you and your team have high standards of food hygiene and follow the rules of health and safety
- To learn and record skills and recipes from other members of the department
