Requirements
- Minimum diploma or equivalent in Fashion Design or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Fashion Designer or in a similar role within the fashion industry.
- Exceptional fashion aesthetic and trend analysis skills.
- Strong sense of style, colour, and market awareness.
- Advanced skills in design software, including Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and other relevant tools.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Responsibilities
- Develop and design fashion collections that align with current trends and our brand's unique aesthetic.
- Collaborate with the design team to create innovative and stylish designs.
- Conduct research and analysis of fashion trends, materials, and consumer preferences.
- Oversee the entire design process from concept to final product.
- Work closely with the production team to ensure designs meet budgetary constraints and production timelines.
